"Headline[Armistice works on gold project] Armistice Resources is considering putting its advanced gold exploration project into limited production. Armistice was one of the companies that gave people at the Northeastern Ontario Mines and Minerals Symposium an update on its work. Glen Hogg, consulting engineer for Armistice, said they have two drills doing infill work from the 2,250 foot level and to date results have been better than expected. Preliminary results have indicated 50,000 tons grading 0.3 ounces gold per ton. He said this work will continue with the idea of putting the project into limited production. Currently, Armistice has an independent company calculating reserves. The Armistice project is located just west of the Virginiatown townsite on Highway 66. The company, through continued exploration, has determined its property contains the downfaulted extension ot the Kerr mineralization system. In addition to infill drilling, Armistice is planning to complete some deep holes to test for gold mineralization."
