Jim,

I've been keeping up with this site since late last year. I couldn't stand it anymore and now I'm putting in my two cents worth after seeing some of the posts today. Finally it looks like there is some interest being created here.

For your poll, I've been a stockholder for 4 years. I hold almost 300,000 shares of stock, no warrants.

I've recently talked with Steve Jacobs while he was in Vancouver. They had to close the 12,000,000 share offering due to time constraints. BUT, they will be able to re-issue this offering when the time is right.

I told them that I absolutely refused to go to the bulletin board. I would have given my stock away first. (maybe that's the same as)

I can tell you that the only way this company is going to survive is to have a rollback. Think about this carefully before you vote. The only way this company is going to look acceptable to money folks is to have a low number of shares such as the 1 for 10 rollback will provide. I think you may see 1/8 as you have seen lately, but how many shares have actually sold at 1/8. Beware, someone may want to steal your stock. At a 50% plus premium to breakup value.

I don't know how many shares Steve Jacobs has, but I know he is willing to bet his retirement funds on this company. And so is Ed Mowatt. If the placement didn't have to get cancelled right now and the 9,000,000 shares had been placed (remember David Robinson who mysteriously left) they would both have a LOT of shares right now at over market price.

As for Peter Viggers, 5000 shares, what can I say? That is ridiculous! In fact I take that as an insult. Sure he has a ton of options, but what does he have to lose? Personally what I would like to see from him to start with, is for him to put some of his own money into "OUR" company. Then for him to use some of his influence to get some money investors. I'm not sure what a Chairman of the Board is suppose to do, but I can tell you I for one am certainly dissappointed with his performance. If he can't do these things listed above, why is he still the chairman? Of course, It would be VERY EASY for him to offer his resignation, 2 YEARS LATER. I think he owes the shareholders his best effort (even a late one) and should consider fullfilling his honorable position. I for one wouldn't want to see anything less from him.

As several have stated today, call Tracer and ask questions, make comments, find out where us shareholders stand. Tell Craig Doctor or Ed Mowatt that the guy from St. Louis told you to call. (Midwesterner) That should make me real popular, but that's ok, do it anyway.
