Hi Holly, I couldn't agree more. That must really stink to have to go through it though. How have you been? I haven't been keeping up with chatting lately due to finishing a proposal I was working on. Whew! I'm glad that is over with! I figured out a way to save the Navy hundreds of thousands of bucks by using the web in a certain way. I'll let you know if they accept the proposal. My futuristic vision tells me it will happen anyway, so I may as well push it along. Boy, when you really sit down and price things out, the web can save millions of dollars to large organizations straddled with papperwork! Mike
