Pancho.... good work.... this stuff is pretty much boiler-plate in just about any 10Q... there is always risk in high tech business... and, firms are required to report it... remember INTC and DEC were going to duke it out over patents one time.... everyone suing everyone else.... patent litigation is an ongoing concern in ALL high tech.... C ya
