David,

I also purchased on the dip below 6. Would likely repeat this unless there was specific news that would initiate the drop.

A few minor points.
Degem 66percent holder of EDUSF has been doing quite well in the Israeli TACT market. Up 33 percent YTD

quotes.globes.co.il

Degem also received a buy recommendation from Maritime Securities

Sylvan Learning has purchased another ESL company. Aspect (private)
biz.yahoo.com

This acquisition was for about 70 mil. Aspect has learning centers that specialize in ESL learning by a technique known as Immersion. Successful but very expensive.
Sylvan is based here in Baltimore, the Baltimore Sun featured a nice feature writeup inwhich the CEO of Sylvan was quoted about the growth and demand for ESL. A billion dollar industry and growing.
The Wall Street Institute and now Aspect reflect the commitment of Sylvan to ESL development. Neither of these acquisitions directly compete with Edusf but both would be enhanced with Edusf courseware.
Both of these are focused toward the adult professional.

EDUSF has hired a marketing executive (from France) to promote
ESL products including the My First English series to be released in the third Q. Edusoft appears to have the jump in this area of ESL.
I would anticipate the courseware to be well received virtually worldwide

I think your 9 dollar projection is a realistic one. Would like to see a breakout above the 200DMA around 7. Looks like we may be testing this area soon. Improved buying patterns lately.
