This is going to be one of my final posts on CCSI. A number of people have asked me why I continue to post to a mostly unappreciative audience, and up until recently I felt an obligation, but recent personal events have made me realize that nothing is worth the aggravation that CCSI has cost me personally, despite the fact that I have become relatively wealthy because of it. Life is much too short for this aggravation. I can handle all but the big margin call, which I was recently served with healthwise.

As of May 1, I will not be ranting and raving and yelling and being my obnoxious self on these boards. In departing I would like to try and capsulize my position on where we currently stand with CCSI.

I have stepped on a lot of toes, and ranted and raved at many of you on these boards, and to most of you I aplogize. The one thing that I cannot stand is utter stupidity or dishonesty. When I have lashed out, it is usually because of one of those areas has been broached. I deal in facts, not BS.

I will leave out personal opinions, and will deal with the facts as I know them.

1. Last week CCSI hired Hill & KNowlton to represent CCSI as an all around media, ad, PR firm, and they wear many hats, and can help CCSI in many heretofore uncovered areas. Hill & Knowlton had to sign documents before taking CCSI on as a client. They are probably in a position to know a lot more than any of us do about the present and the future. By reputation, according to my scources, they do as much due diligence on their clients, as their clients do on them. They will be out in full force next week in New Orleans to help CCSI cover all of the bases from a media, PR, introduction basis. They are with us because they believe CCSI is going to become a major firm in the medical, dental, and cosmetic arenas.

2. This afternoon CCSI announced they are changing accountants, a friendly parting of the ways, as I believe that CCSI has outgrown Wiss & Co who represented them well in their development stage. This parting was a mutual understanding, as the roads that CCSI is about to embark on require a firm with international expertise, who can handle foreign duty questions, accounting issues in many foregin locations, and their new firm be announced next week. Once again a major firm would not be taking them on without doing their due diligence either.

3. I have recieved many, many e-mails, and I-mails asking what do the shorts know that we don't. NADA, NOTHING, 0, LESS THAN 0, > They knew, or thought they knew Dreyfus was going to be a large seller of as much as 1,700,000 shares of CCSI. WRONG< INCORRECT< FALSE.

4. Look at their campaign. Lies, innuendo, namecalling, threatening calls to CCSI holders, Avalon, thestreet.com, and where are they??Tonight they are under water. Give me one substantive post, comment, fact. Pros are usually very quiet, because they do not like to advertise their position. Today Avalon was calling fund managers, doctors associated with CCSI and saying the hospitals don't want it, doctors don't want it. How in thee hell do they know. When asked which hospitals, and which doctors, they could not or would not answer that. Get out, it is a fraud, a sham, it doesn't work, etc.... C'mon get a life would you. Come to New Orleans and listen to Dr. Maisels next Sunday deliver his paper on CCSI. He is the Godafther, and perhaps after listening to him, and testing the product for themselves, a few doctors might just want the new device.

5. I daresay that I have spoken to and heard from more doctors, neo natal nurses, NICU nurses, pediatricians than Avalon can name, and they are all waiting for the introduction of the product. Not one has told me that the demand will not be huge.

6. Today's short interest was 2,625,664 vs 1,922,830 last month. Go back and look at ORG 2 months ago, and their short position. was 8mm out of 23mm. The shorts knew something ORG shareholders didn't. Stock has doubled in their face in 2 months. It seems to me on 2/3 Fred Frank of Lehman Bros was hired as their consultant.

7. What if our partner is not announced by next Friday, the first day of the meeting. So what?? Is next week a disaster? It can come at any time. I am told that things have never been better, and when in the past I have been told that it was 100% correct. I want it, you want it, CCSI wants it, their partner wants it, so let the lawyers quit screwing around, and we will have a signed definitive agreement. Want to really screw something up, give it to a team of lawyers, and tell them to hurry. In house counsel protecting their asses, outside counsels doing the same, managements are not going to move without their counsels signing off, and the meter stops running. Bitch , moan, kick, scream, cry, and hurry up and wait when you get a bunch of lawyers screwing around.

8. We will get an enormous amount of publicity from this show. Our device is going to revolutionize the testing of new borns, and this is going to appeal to everyone. Every medical device analyst worth his salt is going to have to have an opinion on CCSI, and maybe just 1-2-3 of them will put a pen to paper and come out with a report for CCSI.

9. I would ordinarily tell a scared holder of the stock to sell it and get the hell out of the way if you were afraid that the shorts know something that I don't, but that would be a career mistake for anyone with a plus IQ. Why goes this far, and panic at the last minute. Upon the news of our deal, the stock will gap, some holders will say Thank You God, and run for the exits, taking their hit and running. I personally will be adding, as the tough money will have been made, and it will all be downhill from there. Others say I will wait for deal, and then buy it, it will run up and come back. Want to bet? There are a number of very large players in the wings, who need a formal announcement of a deal before they can buy, and if the stock is up 5-6-7-8-9 points it is not going to make any difference. My only real question, is what is going to happen to those poor shorts that are waiting for Godot?

10. Tonight is the first time that I have seriously started to figure out how much money I am going to make, and it is scary. But, you know what? I had the guts,I stayed the course, I fought the shorts, I am going to crush the shorts, I am going to give the finger to the shorts, I will rub it in their face, I am a lousy winner, and I despise these people and their actions. I at least have been up front, not like their BS tactics. I will love to see them carried out big time. And, I will add to the flames on the deal, and I got ammo.

11. We are a matter of days away from an explosion that I only recently saw in KTEL. CCSI will be up clumps of points days in a row, WSJ,IBD, TV, magazines, and medical periodicals, all talking about the new device that the world gets to see in 7 days, but only 5 trading days.

12. When the deal unfolds, and people can massage the numbers, CCSI can finally talk, the momentum guys get a hold of it, buy ins start, we are going to have a field day. i have done almost everything I can do to help, and I know a lot of you have gone through this war with me, and it will be a hell of party when we get together to celebrate.
