It is likely that visx and beam conspired to fix PPP prices. PPP as we all know will go away. The question is who will benefit and who will get hurt.Visx and beam will be living under a cloud. Patent licencing should be fought out amongst the sellers of product.price fixing cannot be the answer.the lvc centers cos.will be beneficiaries.Royalties will likely be buried in the deals with the sellers of lasers.
