To ALL My fellow XECM share holders and all genuine XECOM believers:

My good friend Joe Lanza is back from Texas. I just talked to him and he has asked me to tell all that in no way he would be posting on this board ever again. He says hello to all and asked me to tell all that Xecom is on its way to glory. Again he asked me to tell you all that in no way he would ever post anything on this board. However he will be more than happy to talk to anyone in person by calling FIG at 1-800-959-9122 or by faxing your comments/questions to (619) 202-1535.

After a very successful trip to Texas, Joe has managed to accomplish a lot for all you people and other XECM share holders everywhere. Joe has asked me to tell all that Xecom's name will soon be changed. In addition to that from my understanding of him a few new members will be added to the board of directors.

Joe and I had dinner tonight together and he told me of his dreams and vision for Xecom. All you people should be proud to have someone like Joe on your side. He truly is a champion of little guys everywhere. I have known this man for many years and I have never seen him so determined to fight for anything as he is now. Joe is determined to fight for all the little guys and all you people who are invested in this great company. You people should be thankful to have my good friend, my mentor and teacher Joe Lanza on your side.
