Believe , they care and have their crews working long hours every
day. It is true that the system doesnt confirm fast enough and it is
a high priority with them. When I discussed it they confirmed they
were installing the newest technology, but some of the problem was
with the internet itself which needs bandwidth improved.

I still say if you trade , go to the status window when your order
appears, print a copy so you have time stamp. Then if you have a
delay you can always ask for a time check on the fill price. They
will gladly verify it. If you have a limit order, it either fills or it doesnt,
that is pretty much automatic. If it is a market order, the time stamp
will confirm the accurracy for you.....Good luck whatever your
decision, this isnt an easy charge for anyone.....Gil
