You might want to check out MB Lite @ $115/mo, which MB Trading just added to their web site. There is no charge over 20 tickets a month, which is only 10 in & out trades.

Same order entry capabilities with real time quotes, but no level II, no time and sales, and no charting.

However, I believe that you can still enter you orders at the bid/ask or 1/16 above into ARCA and let it work your orders for you. (It acts like an intelligent agent checking the various ECN's (itself, ISLAND, SELECTNET, etc) to see if it can get you a fill.)

Just a thought.
