Brian...only in individual ignominious failures such as we have here, could you properly make a case for a pyramid scheme. In the end, the lawyers working for these "people" will be chief beneficiaries of their grossly indecent misconduct. But that is fine with me. In fact, I look forward to their garnishment and a relinquishing of their goodies. I hope they can afford the lawyers. Now, only in the futures markets and various derivative instruments, is it a zero sum gain. As the other markets rise, and rise, we are all theoretically wealthier. Of course, this is probably just an illusion.
