I dropped in my local Schwab office this week. I noticed that Siebel was running in the task bar, so he pulled it up and we talked about it. At least in this office, everyone uses it every day to manage leads, opportunities, activities and contacts. At first, everyone in the office hated it, but it's now perceived very well. I asked about their plans to migrate to Siebel 98, but of course he didn't know what I was talking about.
