Bill,

The volume of almost 1.4MM shares is indicative that there is a lot of movement and unrest. I was thinking the $15 range was attractive for the August calls. Thank God my broker talked me out if it as I would have taken a real beating because of the time erosion factor.

At this point I will definitely avoid trying to catch a falling knife and would suggest that picking a bottom here may be very difficult. Selling begats more selling.... and it appears that is happening here. The company will more than likely (at some point) try to assuage the damage and it may very well have to wait until the actual earnings are released to do that. Do you know when that is?

I am not to sure the Motley Fools Daily Trouble column will fix the problem but it might help explain some things.
