FNET Stock Options for sale.

I am a former employee of FTEL. As part of my employment agreement, I have the right to exercise 75,000 shares of FNET at $1 per share. However, I must do this by 5/23/98, but I don't have the money. Once exercised, the shares must be held for at least one year (we can get the details from Helen West).

I am willing to sell these shares for $2 per share, which means I need someone to pay $150,000, $75K of which goes to Franklin, $75K of which goes to me.

It strikes me that this forum is the perfect place for me to look for parties interested in this transaction. You all seem to be wealthy people and love FTEL (some would say a dangerous combination!) Please respond in private to bhamlin@mustangmicro.com
