Howard... and gonz, It may be a "no brainer". I went back to my mail from Gary, just to be sure I understood it. Here, in part, is his mail: We'll be ready to go in a few weeks. We'll be ready by 6:30 EST for the release product. We have a virtual Metastock interface that will allow applications that read Metastock files to read a set of virtual MS files that access our database directly. There won't be any translation involved. That sounds simple enough. Looks like I'll be sending my old data out with that old Mazda. BTW, I just sold a '78 Granada that I bought brand new. Like getting rid of a kid. Ken
