You say that Jacobs and Mowatt were going to participate in a sizable portion of the private placement, but they obviously did not put up their money because the private placement is now cancelled. If they think so much about the potential of the company, why did they not at least complete their portion of the private placement? I saw nothing in the news releases that said there was a minimum dollar amount that needed to be completed. Or, now that the private placement is dead, why have they not used the money they were going to invest to buy more stock on the market?
