Good news about PLC. I agree monday's action will be interesting to watch. Meanwhile I am nervous, but hopeful, about the future of CHNDX. Spoke with Larry Pemble about a week ago. They are in the process of reallocating their resources to support the new focus on health products and systems. But I didn't detect any major movement since the big news last month. Perhaps any news or changes are premature.

The stock price seems to be steady but the investment community has certainly not responded enthusiastically to the new news. In fact, there seemed to be a large block of stock sold this week, if my memory serves me correctly.

I am really at a loss with this one. I get nervous that they have shifted from bricks and mortar to birth and health. We need to see solid evidence that this transition makes sense. We need substantial new alliances with world-class health care, drug, and pharmaceutical companies, and we need significant growth in sales and earnings.

Last year I attended the annual meeting in New York City. This year the meeting will be in Baltimore. I feel this will be a crucial meeting to attend, but I will be in Germany at that time. Do you or someone else on this board have intentions of going.
