Sedona, thanks for your great work again! Tell me about the use of the word "lockup". You must have it on a few of the filings. Example, Brian Jackson is to receive 4+ million shares if the Celebration deal is to go through. Who knows if that is true or not, but that is an example of a corporate contract for services and a lockup of 1 or so years may be mentioned. There is so much great information in the S-8s I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MORE PEOPLE AREN'T LOOKING IN TO IT??? If the SEC met today in a closed meeting at 10:00am regarding SEXI and maybe a few others, we might just hear something tomorrow?? I see we agree one the fact regarding approx. 40 million shares in S-8's and a current 65.7 million share outstanding total - WHO OWNS THE OTHER 25.7 million. 15.7 million is restricted! Is the 15.7 million restricted part of the 40 million S-8s or the 25.7 million remaining float???? Any ideas anyone?? Aloha
