Sorry I was so slow responding. Everything we know is on this thread. I just now posted a cut-n-paste copy of the story that got us all started here. The company has somewhere near 100MM shares and earned 1/2 penny? My best guess was 77.2 million shares (including warrants & convertibles) and $.0083 (almost a penny) per diluted share. If we include tax benefits, it comes to $.0359 (3 1/2 pennies) per diluted share. What does the company have that gives it any proprietary position? TelVue Corporation currently processes over 3,000,000 pay-per-view calls per month for over 700 cable affiliates using "ANI" (Automatic number identification) telephone processing. The next step for them is to offer pay-per-view ordering via the Internet. *They are the ONLY* company with this capability.** Dan
