I do not have the most current info on the above either. But the followings are short interests for Asnd for the previous 4 months:
Mar 98 --- 9,480,114
Feb 98 --- 8,263,151
Jan 98 --- 13,104,661
Dec 97 --- 20,491,396
Supposedly Asnd's short interests stood at 9,480,114 as of March 98 reporting date, not 6,732,950...However, this seems to be too important of an issue to skip.
