Before I comment on the previous postings regarding the lawsuit, let's not lose sight of the importance of the website updates.
But, regarding "The Mess," it's obvious that SIM was in great disarray prior to its purchase by Zulu. Read the article one more time. What you find is that severe problems and disgruntlement existed well before Zulu purchased SIM.
Guess what? Zulu's had to deal with this mess, and things like this take time. Zulu had to, if for any reason but for the sake of comity, completely restructure the SIM organization. And those guys got ousted. Clear and simple. This, of course, fueled further discontentment and explains how all of it spilled into the domain of Wired, with a Stock Detective piggyback (why does this word keep coming up?)
It appears Zulu's dealt with this, and I suspect this is why Lair's consultancy was brought on board. He's been described as an interim CEO. This makes sense. Now, he's chairman of the board. It's obvious, Zulu and ESVS must have liked very much what Lair had to offer, as does NEC since they hired him too.
Batkin's, et. al., lawsuit will likely drag on for many, many years as do most civil cases. One has to remember, there's terrible inefficiency in the criminal justice system that spills over into the civil court system. It's what happens when we build prisons instead of schools. In short, when it comes to these legal matters there's a lot we don't know and sometimes it takes many, many years for resolution.
By the way, anyone done the Lexus software check yet, to find out what Hayton had to say in his cases?
Oh well, enough on this. How about some more constructive website criticisms, positive and negative. Who's got something negative to say about the website updates. Let's hear it now. Or will such negativity only come when the stock is actively trading?
