I like the idea... Expanding on the idea, make them a front door to a web hosting service?

I see selling storage space coupled with a software management capability as having major growth potential. With faster Internet connections in the not to distant future online Megabytes will play a significant role. Instead of moving files to and from work on removable media that does not fit the bill, Internet connections will thrive. I would like to think of it as being another harddrive on my machine with additional benefits. When my home computer crashes it is always a relief to know that the files I have on the net are untouched. It may also be used for transferring files from one home computer to another in the same room!

I believe you have all of the pieces already in place. Many users do not make use of their home pages because they do not know how. The SI forums would play a major role here. People will take the path of least resistance and opt for SI services.

Many people in your existing user base would probably make use of the service right away. We are a loyal group.

Many web hosting services are offering forum software in the packages. You already have the best, why not make a version of it available as an option in the deal?

Give us 30 MB with 1GB bandwidth per day (seems to be going rate) and I am ready to fork over $30 per month. A five MB page for $5? per month would probably attract a lot of SI users.

My two cents
