Wendy, I have had a look at the recent activity of this company and I have to tell you, it appears to be nothing more than a big promotion. If my perception of things is wrong, please offer an opinion to the contrary. Like many small software companies, Softquad seems to have difficulty finding and exploiting a profitable niche, so it goes from one venture to another, hoping that the latest one will generate more interest than the previous. In the meantime, revenues dwindle and profits are as illusive as a winning lottery ticket. If there was something potentially rewarding that could come from this joint venture, why didn't NewKidCo exploit it on their own or with a proven software company that is established in the field?
