OK Vargas, now we have two notes, [3568] and [3569]. In these two notes you said:

Vargas, It's none of my business, but I am curious. As a long term holder of BCMD, who has been through the tribulations with the company, do you still have an investment in it or did you sell in late October? You have made some good calls, like that Union reporters mistake on the debt. But you have sounded pretty bitter about BCMD in the past; is this sour grapes or do you have a basis for the 50k oz. a year gold production? Actually, if BCMD would get some proven reserves and made .05 a share that wouldn't look too bad compared to some of the majors right now who trade higher in price (of course they have proven reserves, but also high cost of production).

XXXX, i try to take the high road but, when you call me dishonest i must take exception to it. situations change and so do decisions relating to those changing situations. apparently, a person who makes rabid remarks, such as yourself and calls people dishonest will be in need of some legal counsel soon. my attorney is now reviewing the grounds for bringing a libel/slander suit against you for impugning my reputation as a forthright person of the utmost integrity. maybe this will shut your rabid mouth.

I find it suspicious that when the stock hit a dollar awhile ago, you started doing a lot of unsubstantiated negative HYPE. You got quiet again until after the JV announcement. And now you seem to have started a High Pressure Negative campaign.
Without providing evidence or verifiable information in Post 1533 you publicly insinuate that Jim Chapin is doing insider trading in Post 1544 you again hint at insider trading and dishonesty within BCMD. I feel you accusations are a deliberate attempt to damage Jim Chapin. I also feel that by your actions you are deliberately trying to manipulate BCMD stock prices so that you can make money off of us investors..
I take my investments very seriously. I have bought BCMD's stock with my own hard earned money and I watch my investments very closely. Insider trading is one of first signs of something being wrong with a company and I have spent a lot of time checking out your statements. I have discovered that they are not true. I am sure you are as aware of that as I am and I feel that is why you attached your "just thinking, that's all." ending to your post.
Even when they are untrue, comments such as yours can raise doubts in a person's minds. Especially in view of all the companies that do indeed have dishonest people in charge. By planting these doubts in people's minds you can ruin a company's reputation and cause its shares to plummet as I am sure you are aware. By doing this you in turn damage me and others financially. In fact, if I were BCMD I would persue this matter further since the stock prices have deteriorated ever since you started you dishonest smear campaign against not only the company but its management.
As I said at the beginning, it is very easy to find out who is being dishonest here. It certainly isn't BCMD or its management. Once again I have spent a lot of time doing some more due diligence and BCMD's CEO and management have proven to me that they are very honest and hard working. They have my utmost respect and confidence.

TO ALL.....WHEW!!!!.these past few days or week has been trying to say the least. This thread started as informative and positive...it's what drew me to it. I was talking for a while on YAHOO MESSAGE BOARDS...the SI thread has a good reputation for information and sharing that is both informative, speculative, and agreeable and contrary, depending upon whose posting....yes, the stock has gone down at the moment. you either believe in the company or you probably need to sell your stake...but "BASHING" is aimed at a particular person...and does not do any good regarding the stock or the company..is detrimental to others, and does a grave injustice to the SI thread and all those following it...Everyone should know to check out a company, and not just rely on someone else's opinion...Check out GYMM that was recently during the past few months recommended by the Bowser report...BUT..I hope all opinions and assessments will continue in the way it has been until recently, and that all will take any info and proceed to form their own opinions about the company.....and not the person....SORRY, BUT I FELT I JUST HAD TO SAY THAT...Everyone who is still in BCMD, I hope all goes well...I still have shares and believe in the company....now that i'm done, I hope I'm not bashed too

This board has deteriorated to being like a hockey game. More dirty vicious fighting than there should be IN ANY CASE. I just wonder how many are out there (the silent majority who are quietly observing but not participating) who are looking to this board for helpful, viable information, NOT BRAWLS !!!!! Let's please stop the crap and keep to the subject at hand, BCMD.
If someone attacks you/others, what good does it do the rest of us (the majority). Answer = nothing. Some will say they have a right to thrir opinion and I guess they do, but they are not helping this thread, in fact you are downright HURTING it.
In MY opinon (which I equally have a right to post) there seems to be, as someone else put it, a lot of negative hype. The thought coming to mind is, why. Is it just to get the price DOWN? Negative is no more reliable that positive hype.
I guess I too will now be slammed, and if I am, it will probably be by those who are doing the hyping, one way or the other.

XXXXX, people like you who are not able to post facts but call people names and criticize their righting skills are only trying to obfuscate some of their own short comings. i would suggest that you stick to the facts as most people on this thread are not interested in personal innuendo. read below for some real tonic.
so far the facts are these, a company buys 50% of bcmd at 16mm+, or they are going to buy 50%. multiply by 2 and low and behold, we have 32mm for the whole company, exclusive of the ice play. that works out to 70cents a share. remember, cost does not indicate value but only hopes to support it.
have a nice thanksgiving, be sure not to choke on any of the bones, the thread would definitely not miss you.

Vargas why are you so negative towards this stock? I have been associated off and on with this stock since 1994. If I am correct a few months ago you were dreaming of getting out at anywhere from 50 cents to a dollar. What more can you ask for it has far surpassed any near term expectations anyone could have thought possible.
Anyone can tell that you have good reasons for being bitter with the stocks performance in the last few months or years, but when the stock is trying to turn around that is not the time to kick managment in the teeth.
If you did sell when you say you did and are unhappy with your trading decision I know where you are coming from, I sold quite abit at 5/16th and I don't need to tell you I didn't buy them anywhere near that price. But I do not keep a negative vigilence over the company because of my poor market timing.
If you have facts or thoughts on things that are not right with the company that go beyond mere suspicions lay it out on the table. But please leave out the bias thinking...XXXXX
