To all,
Peoplesoft's recent weakness has me confused. Is it a gorilla that is coming out of the tornado and therefore should be accumulated on weakness or a chimp that no longer has new markets to grow in? In the first instance, the book says "buy more" while in the second it says "sell."

Any opinions on this are appreciated.
