Thanks Richard, I understand what you are saying but I still cannot understand what EPEA does..! I know that some years ago any business in this field would have been 100% military oriented and many projects were financed by military and government grants.. As far as I could make from the things put forward in this thread I came to the conclusion that EPEA was part of a military project related to the START TREATY, and somehow related to the STAR WARS project? And this is the way they made ends meet? And that they are somehow forbidden by their military contracts to sell their know how commercially? If so what do they do? And if not.. what is it exactly that they do? Do they have any contracts? Are they marketing themselves as a 'satellite company?' Have they ever launched a satellite? It is relatively recently that the wireless communication/media revolution led to privatization. The prospects could be v.good for a company with the right expertise. I am very much involved with wireless telephony and media but it was only by chance that I came about this company. It remains a mystery to me. To post coherent information will do some good to all.
