Frank--- A great response! His answer will be very interesting. The MSFT comment was 100% on the mark. Although I am not a MSFT fan, I sure do respect the business methodology. I was surprised to read in FORTUNE how many industries are afraid of being a MSFT subsidary or just being replaced by MSFT. Seems big (and small) business feels in the not so distant future there will only be one company that controls the entire country and influnces govt.... A little strong maybe, but?? John
