James I'm serious I got this sores on my butt that is the most worstes "thats a word" thing since the Meyerson drip. Took My prozac My clonipin and my valium and a couple shots of old dead turkey and now I feel a lot better. James I'm so long on the internet Telco combo that it makes my eyes water looking in the mirror.I have included visuals for the hearing impaired. James When Fnet ipos and "Does anybody think it won't"Ftel will auto go to the nasdaq board,Fnet after the required waiting "what I think 30days"correct me if I'm wrong"will join us there.Ok step one is done. A lot of companies Like FTEL that own other companies they spin off in a structured management change That still controll The voting shares Why would'nt they right? Get a lot of share holder equity........... No reason to believe he will abadon The FTEL shareholders.So I guess I should not worry sooooorrrrryyyyy I will worrie till I see more positive steps taken that will enhance not only FTEL's book value but their earnings and their accumulated wealth as a result of increasing earnings by FNET.Let me tell you just because FTEL will pocket some IPO monie don't make my ronie hard.I see that every day in this industry.Buyouts mergers companies reporting -29 cent losses and 20 mill shares out with 150 mill in bank and the street still don't likem.We have a good product as I have heard But we are a puppy playing bone with the big dogs.If we are as good as we say it does not mean squat till we have Either a major corp on the front page of the rolling stone singing T E M P E S T HOW you've B E E N-- S O-- G O O D to M E over and over and 2nd till FNET gets their first call and it shakes and rattles and rolls the industry into taking a good look at just what the ()&^^&%$^##$@ we are all about.This is where the You know whos come into play.If M&R I perfer Masocist and rookie do their very best and puts out plays that really do the company justice and tells the truth and Earns their money then we may do very good sooner.No press no matso balls.The best I think that frank should do is IPO fnet get it going then sell it to WCOM take a capital distribution in FTEL and getus 10 dollar people the &(&(&^&^%^$%#out of debt.^Then turn around and do it all over again.Really I would like that better then if FTEL kept FNET.Why have two related comapanies in the same industry that depends"that word again"on each other and Besides I'd rather sell DVGs to WCOM then FNET.Justt a take James But who ever takes FNET will have to use the Tempest or make some changes and thats not hard, but say IDTC QUEST or any of them would suck up FNET if we had the share and was for sale.But I'd take 17 a share from WCONM for both companies now in a heart beat.SE ya and take a shot and a lot of salt after reading this.Long till 10 and not pm
