UPDATE MONICA-It is testimony that is meant. However construed - She may give or probably given good testimony in these matters. No one really knows what happens behind closed doors and quai-secret gov't hearings(the diabolical FTA!- try to locate them in the bowels of the US bureaucracy ). And the dealings with VD is far deeper when probed - those who are nameless.

One thing that can be certain. The rumor of one of the probed subjects(3-6-18 the number is uncertain) is FALSE.That individual has been cleared of attempting to sell "bone-glue" to sniffing addicts causing the dreaded "bone-head" symptoms and almost complete intellectual death is FALSE.However the unsubstantiated rumor of its sinister use with Viagra has not been able to be squashed (ie Hard Head Rumor) (Also notice the rise in VVUS)(connection?)
