Kurt that is what a lot of people thought including me. However if they are going to sell DF-144 to other gas & oil do you not think that would be a conflict of interest. If you were to have a major gas & oil compnay announce they are buying a product from another gas & oil company would happen to the stock?

Now with Arcon no longer a gas and oil Eploration the conflict is not there. As far as the JV they are getting revenues not oil.. They can't cut off all revenues but they reduce liability of $11M by selling their interest and no further debt associated with gas and oil exploration.
