I think your question regarding the add'l 70 million shares is the definitely the question of the day. Does anybody recollect the rationale behind the proposed increase? In face of the stock price being as low as it is, I wonder how low does mgmt. intend to let it go before they start to realize that increasing shareholder value is part of their job, too, if that means selling Amway products in front of corp. headquarters. Has mgmt. gone on record anywhere that they will not do a reverse split? Committing to that in itself would cause share price noticably, I'd think.
