The Y2K program patches most problems itself. For the other problems that it cannot patch, it will advise the user on who to contact to remedy the problem. My understanding is that no other product on the market does that. The Y2K profits will inevitably give out after the turn of the century. However, the long term money will be in the Cat Litter as cats will continue doing their business well beyond that time period. bb
