ABU DHABI (April 25, 1998 12:25 p.m. EDT nando.net) - In another attempt to lift prices from their lowest level in nine years, powerful oil states in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries may cut supplies to the industrialized world, OPEC officials said Saturday.
