Thanks for your question. here are the answers.

The projections that medcare CEO sent me were.

1996 sales projected $338,000
1997 sales projected $3,324,000
Total $3,662,000

Actual 1996 and 1997 combined sales are $91,802 which is 2.5% of $3,662,000

The 1998 projections are $13,809,000 this based on 19 clinics. If the numbers were accurate and Medcare opened 90 clinics as some of you feel they will they would have $65million in revenue this year. based on current revenue per clinic thats an impossibility.

I will agree that they can open 90 clinics. According to my research which includes speaking with physicians they should be able to open 100s of clinics if the program is what they claim. Thats not the issue. the issue is how much can you really make per clinic and what is the split between doctor and medcare. One doctor said Medcare will face stiff competition if they really have what they claim and that their projection per clinic of $726k is laughable. Ask your own physician if you doubt me.

My calculations say they need 300 clinics just to break even. This assumes they dont raise expendatures as the company increases in size which Im sure they would have to.

When I called medcare they will talk on the phone but changed tone with me when I started asking these questions.
