MiB - Thank you very much for the feedback on the '97 Bordeaux situation. I have two issues I wish you would comment on. The first is the necessity to rotate bottles of wine that are being cellared at home. I have seen clips showing people hired for the express purpose of rotating bottles at the wineries, and wonder whether it is necessary at "home", after purchase. I have not been able to find any literature expressing a position on this. If I am not mistaken, Robert Parker does not talk of this in his Wine Buyers books when he deals with storage.

The second issue is the care of transporting wine for social occasions. Specifically to restaurants that permit it, albeit, charging corking or decanting fees. Can you recommend, or lead me, to the "definitive" product(s) that addresses this need.

Thank you,

Reese
