Personally, I've bought every time it gets around .50, most lower, and treat it like a roulette wheel with 85% one color. I don't know how low it will get before we hear from the judge. I think Mel and I have been here forever and even when the judge makes a ruling there is still a very long road ahead of us. Don't plan on this making you rich right away.
