Trading horrors with Ameritrade

3 years back I enrolled with Ceres attracted by their discount prices. I was happy till about 2 to 3 weeks back - it lookis like the quality has gone down quite a bit. two example:
1. I placed a market order to buy LU (On my Fidelity real-time screen the price was 66 1/8). Ameritrade confirmed a fill at close @ 67 1/8. I sent an e-mail immediately that day and they corrected the price to 66 1/8.
2. On thursday I placed an order to buy 300 sahres of VVUS @ 11 3/4. Fidelity real-time price was 11 3/4 at that time. Never got a fill. On friday after about 20 minutes wait, a broker told me it was cancelled. He did the investigation and got back to me and said I was due a fill @ 11 3/4 and that I could sell my shares thru a broker as the online system would not be aware of it.

These two incidents are forcing me to look at Brown&Co where I've had a IRA account with options including calls& puts for about a year. I never had a problem contacting Brown&co while there is a 10 to 20 minute delay with Ameritrade.
