Chris,

Don't they have to offer shares in the spinoff to existing shareholders of SEG? Somewhat like what happened with AT&T and Lucent or am I wrong? Agree with you (after reading the Forbes article) that software seems to be the best part of SEG now and more importantly, none of the other disk makers seems to be in this field.
