First of all, it is you who has been talking just recently about how you will be saving the military money with your proposals. I have no need to go to your profile for that fact. Second of all, however much of me or my identity I choose to display is my business. You see it as cowardice and that's your opinion. I'm not calling you names, but if that is your way of responding to people that don't agree with you, it is surely an interesting conversational style that you have. How do you know what Newt Gingrich said to his wife in the hospital room, or for that matter what their relationship was like. Talk about convicting someone without a trial?? Well, I surely remember from your posts that you seem to have accorded your Commander and Chief the same due process that you would accuse me of supplying Newt. The pot calling the kettle black would be a homily that pops to my mind. Supporting anti-war activities was not synonymous with blaming men who but for the grace of God could have been me or any one else that I knew. The conduct of the war was a betrayal of leadership. Those men should have been grateful that there were people of conscience at home that opposed the senseless losses. If our roles had been reversed, I would have hoped that they would have done the same for me. I have always thought that it was a disgrace that they should have ever been blamed for anything. Our veterans programs have fallen short of the full measure that they gave our country for our misguided policies. I think your notion of protesting on foreign soil is a false notion. We are a global community. We are an international country. What difference does it matter what platform the truth is heard from? Be thankful that that war is over. Or do you think that we should still be there fighting?
