Lee,

I haven't seen any news that would explain the drop, unless it is something of a delayed reaction to missing street estimates on the latest quarter's earnings by a few pennies. From what I have observed in my locale by visiting Wal-Mart, Toys-R-Us, etc., the company has a substantially broader product line in place than last year and the products seem to be available in good quantity. I have yet to actually see the V-link product in person. I would feel a little better if I could see the product and get some feel from store employees on how it is selling. I think it could turn a solid Xmas into a really superior quarter.

Longer term, I think the company has done a good job in building good relationships with mass retailers and finding some good niche promotions, such as the current Quaker Oats campaign. They have an innovative product line that I think will serve them well. I first bought the stock at 6 1/8 in October '95, added to my position in June this year at 14 3/4. I think a good Xmas season could push the stock into the $15-20 range. Do your homework, but I would feel comfortable entering at the current price.

Good luck,
Barry
