I assume that they are reading these responses and I think you said that very very well. The points about grand-fathering people in and leaving the format alone are very good. It would be easy to ruin this as it is quite good as it is. Ads would ruin it. Charging people who are already on for free would ruin it. Raising the fees would ruin it. They need to be very careful or it could evaporate. Internet usage is like that..it is in thin air..and so can evaporate into itself pretty fast.
