Tell you what... try calling the SEC, the local attorney general and the SECURITIES BOARD for your state and tell them you want to start up an email service for FREE and don't want any compensation whatsoever and see how many rules and regulations you have to abide by!!! This is SERIOUS stuff and I take it that way. Also I never said I PAY an attorney.. only that I consult them... one of the guys on TOP DOG works for the US TREASURY... so we have plenty of ways of making sure that would we are doing is not only ethical but legal. jim
