Gary, these "curbs" are on automated computerized selling and buying programs. Not cessation of trading. When the markets goes up or down by 50 points (the Dow), curbs on such computerized selling (and buying) are in effect. This will have a slight tendency to slow down the move in the direction then prevailing (up or down). Zeev
