Iomega will have to throw some major engineering dollars at making sure Click! is as rugged and reliable as it can be. I really think they got away with some very bad quality in Zip on the consumer end but the OEMs flat out rejected it as standard equipment. Iomega must tackle the quality problem with everything they have. I was encouraged by their focus on quality in their discussion of the qualifications of the next CEO.
