P&F Madness,
I live in the Philadelphia area. Careful trading on our fine options exchange. A number of the gentlemen there put their interest before the clients. SEC investigations, & new President resigned. Local news doesn't cover it too well for some reason. My source is comments on local news radio. Hope they get it cleaned up. Hope is a case of a few hurting many, but it did not sound that way.
