Hello Perry: Always good to see an old shareholder like you posting! Glad to see you staying the course. We are very much alive in asserting our rights as IMES investors. You can see we very much intend to keep this a public company. Its a duty a lot of us think is worth the struggle we are continuing to engage in. If you haven't gotten involved yet, its certainly not too late. So give the committee chair a call (see the earlier posts). One thing you guys might consider is contacting the active Board members if you haven't done so. Whatever we place on the table will have to be accepted by them if progress is to be made. I'd like to think they will honor their fiduciary duties- that's what we elected them to do! Maybe they could use a little reminder from us? Make sure they know we are watching how they view our common interest in our public company. It could mean all the difference in getting things back on a decent track! Enjoy your weekend, as we look forward to an interesting week coming up! DD
