Re.: split and dilution More authorized shares should be of concern if the company does not know how to handle the shares. Some may be used for split. Split makes sense only when the company wants to re-distribute shares at a lower price. Personally, I do not care about splits because they do not make much difference. A share of Berkshire Hathaway is $68100 closed up $1800 last Friday. ALYD can let their share run up. More authorized shares will be good for acquisitions. Higher the price, the bigger the acquisition. Ram
