We are going to depend on feedback from SI members to let us know when things are and aren't progressing the right way.

Go2net is a very youthful company, very passionate and very driven. With about 50 employees, go2net's organization is a perfect size to be responsive to the SI community while managing a fast growing business. The company's livelihood will depend to a great degree on SI. Everyone is super committed to making this work, and our goal is to exceed expectations.

Brad and I have spent much time thinking about who would make a great CEO for Silicon Investor. During the last 3 years, we've met with dozens of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and CEO's. It has been very helpful being able to talk with so many other successful people in the industry and to take note of what they are doing right. I am very confident in Russell Horowitz...and not just because he went to the same high school in Seattle as Bill Gates and is a math whiz too.

We're not able to talk about restrictions on selling stock. We have no plans to sell. Ideally, it's best to hold forever and never pay taxes.
