Great Research! Bret, Thanks for the info regarding Ms. Kaplan's concerns. I find it interesting that as a Principal and educator she would post such innuendo and supposition. Her statements appear to have half truths and she offers no facts to support her position. "This is a stock that seems much hype and manipulated by internet touts." No hype, just facts! "More importantly, I worked for one of Drake's competitors a few years ago and have some concerns:" Who was the competitor? Could be a disgruntled employee? She goes on to use words and phrases as "I understand", "As I recall", "TASA seems to be", "The 8K says NOTHING", etc. Evidently she has not done much research as she is not very sure regarding her concerns. The only real research involves the 8K which usually says nothing. We all know that the 8-K/A will contain more facts. "I requested by e-mail (on behalf of my investment club)that TASA answer some of these questions. No reponse whatsoever?" Again, lack of facts such as when did she send the e-mail. Replies can take anywhere between two to four weeks. E-mail is not treated any differently than correspondence. What is Ms. Kaplan's agenda? Regards, Tom
