You may have seen it that low before but since I have been following it the only thing that brought this stock out of the basement was the potential dealing with a actual gold mining company with gold reserves that ARE real. When that deal was lost by Franklin everything has been down hill and legal battles have occurred (which are still ongoing). The stock went from a high of $.28 down to $.03. How could the company blow it! What we have now are promises without the data to back it and "words" in annual reports (and those even question the viability of the company beyond Sept. as related to mining ) Maybe the mining aspect of the company needs to be negotiated off to that other mining company and let Mr. Martucci take the remainder part of the Franklin down some other business direction other than mining. You may indeed find the company stock to go below a penny but unless something changes or a new business (other than mining) is developed, it may never go any higher.
What else are we suppose to think. Nothing is coming from the company as far as reliable information, no news releases, no stock holder meeting. Maybe it is time for the non-insider stock holders to start asking serious questions and demanding answers. Unless some other "real, concrete, positive "information is forthcoming I just can't be that "hopeful" like you. Good luck on your strategy.
